**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**

**Job Overview**:

- Process: FADV (US Background Verification)
- Shift Timing: US Shifts (5.30 PM to 6.30 AM, any 9.5 hrs shift)
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Week Off: Saturday and Sunday (Fixed off)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for conducting background verification checks on individuals based in the United States. This outbound voice process involves communicating with clients and conducting thorough verification processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduates (Freshers) with excellent communication skills are eligible.
- Salary:Freshers: Starting from 18,000 INR Inhand

Experienced: Up to 22,000 INR Inhand
- Preferred Skills: Cluster 3 / Voice Selects only
