Bike Showroom Sales Executive

**Sales and Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bikes based on their preferences and budget.
- Conduct test rides and demonstrate bike features.
- Provide detailed information about products, warranties, pricing, and financing options.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest bike models, features, and industry trends.
- Continuously update your knowledge about competitors’ products and market dynamics.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
- **Sales Process**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:

- Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Arrange and display bikes and accessories to attract customer interest.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely restocking.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Process sales transactions and manage related paperwork.
- Assist in managing financing and insurance processes for customers.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and sensitive data.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
