**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts, drawings, and presentations.
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct research on materials, building systems, and construction methods to inform design decisions.
- Assist in project coordination, including attending meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Prepare project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Contribute to maintaining quality control and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- Strong design sensibility and creativity, with the ability to translate ideas into visual representations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes is a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in architecture or design is preferred but not required.
