We are currently seeking a dedicated **Dental Assistant** to join our growing team.

**Role Overview**:
As a Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist and other clinical staff in delivering effective and efficient dental treatment. You will help in preparing patients, handling instruments, managing sterilization processes, and maintaining patient records—all while ensuring a calm and professional environment for every patient.

**Key Responsibilities**:Chairside Assistance**
- Prepare the treatment room and dental instruments before patient appointments.
- Assist the dentist during procedures including fillings, cleanings, root canals, crowns, and surgeries.
- Use suction devices, retractors, and other tools to help manage the patient’s mouth and visibility during procedures.
- Hand instruments and materials to the dentist as needed.

**Sterilization & Infection Control**
- Clean and sterilize all dental instruments and equipment according to clinic protocols.
- Disinfect and prepare treatment rooms between patients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper waste disposal and personal protective equipment (PPE) use.

**Administrative Support**
- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment.
- Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and manage patient records.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of treatments and billing.

**Inventory & Clinic Management**
- Monitor and manage dental supply inventory.
- Assist with ordering and stocking dental materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the manager or dentist.

**Patient Education**
- Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene, pre
- and post-treatment care, and follow-up procedures.
- Answer patient questions and provide emotional support when needed.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Diploma in Dental Assisting preferred.
- Certification in radiography (if applicable) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization practices, and dental terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi/English/local language).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (dental software experience is a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,183.42 - ₹18,023.80 per month
