- Primary Coordinator**

**Experience**: Minimum 5 years in early childhood education/academic coordination
**Education**: Master’s degree with B.Ed
**Salary**: 40-50k

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day academic and operational aspects of the pre-primary section
- Guide and mentor teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
- Plan, implement, and evaluate curriculum in line with early childhood best practices
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback
- Organize teacher training, parent engagement activities, and events
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students
- Strong focus on holistic development and progressive teaching methods

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about shaping young minds and mentoring educators
- Nurturing young minds with warmth, creativity, and structure.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
