**Job description
- ** **SALES EXECUTIVE**

Madhur Confectioners Private Limited is a Confectionery Manufacturing firm based in Indore since 1996. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team for the upcoming month. The main tasks of the Sales Executive will be to generate new sales leads, talk to customers, take regular follow-ups, and prepare all necessary documents. As a Telesales person, you’ll be expected to sell our confectionery products by calling potential clients. You may also be carrying out market research. Working within our sales team you’ll be set targets and strategies by the Head of Sales. Your day will be mostly spent calling customers and persuading them to purchase a product.

**Job Role-**
- Takes incoming customer calls, processes sales, and accepts payment for products and services
- Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services
- Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
- Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
- Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
- Monitors order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner
- Resolves customer issues as necessary
- Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments
- May specialize in inbound or outbound telemarketing or in sales for a particular industry

- **_Previous experience_** in sales or telesales in Business-to-Consumer environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
