**Job Summary**:
We are looking for the **Plant Coordinator** (PPMC) is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring the smooth functioning of production, maintenance, and safety processes

**Roles & Responsibilties:

- **
- Work closely with production teams to ensure proper scheduling and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with Purchase department to ensure timely delivery.
- Track finished goods inventory and manage dispatch logistics through export documentation team.
- Required coordination to ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
- Ensure that the plant is operating in compliance with all safety, environmental, and health regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and promote a culture of safety awareness within the plant.
- Coordinate training sessions for staff on plant safety procedures and best practices.

**Requirements:

- **
- Any Bachelor’s degree or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a coordination or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and plant operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any industry-specific software (e.g., ERP, CMMS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

** Certifications (Optional)**:

- Relevant certifications in plant management, maintenance, or safety may be preferred (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
