Role & responsibilities

Responsible to Oversee Technical Training activities across the matoda site.

ensure the technical training activities I.e planning, conducting, and evaluating technical and cGMP training in alignment with SOPs and QEdge TMS. Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and continuous capability development through effective module design, onthe job support, systematic training records management and compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and conduct technical training programs for the employees
  • Collaborate with CFT to identify Training Needs Analysis and develop tailored training plans.
  • Design and prepare comprehensive GMP and technical training modules.
  • Review and deliver foundational GMP training to both contractual staff / on-roll
  • Partner with department training coordinators and HODs to create training materials, presentations, assessment tools, and documentationensuring the employees will receive appropriate training, assessment / reassessment, or retraining as required.
  • Conduct shopfloor visits to verify GMP compliance and provide onsite training support, On the job trainings.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Manage QEdge TMS software functionalitiesensuring staff compliance, assisting users, acting as plant training coordinator, and maintaining accurate, auditready training records.

Preferred candidate profile

Looking for a candidate has ability to coordinate technical and operational trainings at the plant level, including needs analysis, content development, delivery, and compliance tracking/ periodical review of processes. Act as the subject-matter expert for the Training Management System to ensure the seamless execution and any time audit readiness.
