**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Build and strengthen the Kitchens on Rent brand through innovative marketing initiatives and effective messaging.
- Lead the marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Build and nurture partnerships with culinary influencers, brands, and organizations to expand the platform's reach.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay ahead of the curve.
- Establish and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing technologies and techniques, implementing best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CMO or similar senior marketing role in a fast-paced startup or digital platform.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels, with a track record of driving user acquisition and growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation in the sharing economy and culinary industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the food, hospitality, or related industries is a plus.
