Staff Nurse

**I. Position**:
Female staff Nurse

Type: Full Time

Working Days: 6 days (mon - Sat)

Working Hours: 10:00 Am - 06:30 PM

We are looking for a female staff nurse who is the one responsible for procedure management in the clinic. She creates a seamless experience for patients seeking procedures

**III. Responsibilities**:

- Pre-Surgical preparations for surgical and laser procedures:

- Checklist for preparations to be kept ready for the procedure and execute the checklist accordingly.
- Get patient ready with the right attire and sheets.
- Assist doctor in icing and follow post procedure instructions.
- Managing procedure rooms
- Assist doctors in Hydrafacials and skin tag. Over a period of time, perform independently.
- Clinic management - create a list of required materials for procedure rooms and share with the client manager weekly once.
- Sanitize procedure room before after
- Autoclave instruments and gauze weekly twice
- Administering the cleaning of all areas with housekeeping
- Administering the right usage of machines and ensuring it is placed back for e.g. Covering laser machines, removing plugs, Checking water in machines, etc...

**Knowledge Needed**:

- Surgical and lasers
- Hydrafacial
- Skin tags
- Clinic management
- Autoclaving
- Managing procedure rooms

**IV. Skills**:
**Required**:

- Good understanding of the nature of procedure, SOP’s required for the procedure kept ready before the doctor gets into the procedure. staff Nurses can also perform a few procedures once trained.
- Clinical Skills

- Physiological knowledge
- Administering medication
- Team Work
- Multitasking, listening, and verbal communication
- Health promotion and maintenance

**V. Prior Experience**:
Prior Experience in Clinic / Hospitals prefered.

Min 1 year experience in the same.
