As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify new leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Person Should have knowledge of hardware products and agriculture products selling.
- Work role would be inside and field sales.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
