As an Area Sales Executive in our company Lovish Automobiles Pvt Ltd you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with Customers within your assigned territory. Your role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new customer opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our range of automotive parts.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients such as auto repair shops, car dealerships, and manufacturers.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns tailored to the B2B automotive parts market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential business customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to provide support and product knowledge, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the automotive parts sector.
- Gather and analyze market data to understand client requirements and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and effective negotiation.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the Regional Sales Manager and senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy and planning.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales management team to refine sales approaches and strategies.

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a sales role within the automotive parts industry, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales territory effectively.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- High level of customer service orientation and the ability to handle client concerns professionally.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
