**Job Title: Preschool Teacher**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a daily plan of activities that promotes the educational, physical, and social development of children.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and secure.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all children feel valued and respected.
- Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure that the school’s curriculum is being implemented effectively.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience working with young children in a preschool setting.
- Understanding of child development stages and educational theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
