**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the EYFS-based curriculum.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Use creative, hands-on teaching methods including storytelling, music, play, art, and group activities.
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and development regularly.
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and organization at all times.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and staff for events, parent meetings, and school functions.
- Participate in teacher training, workshops, and school improvement initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum **Diploma in Early Childhood Education**, Montessori, NTT, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher (freshers with training may also apply).
- Good command of **spoken and written English**.
- Passionate about working with young children and fostering a positive learning environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Creative and energetic personality.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to children’s needs.
- Basic tech skills (for using smart boards or educational apps, if required).

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Occasional weekend events or parent meetings

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
