**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver interactive and creative lessons in art and craft, including drawing, painting, sculpting, and crafting, as per the curriculum.
- Encourage students to experiment with various techniques, materials, and artistic styles.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment where students feel free to express their creativity and ideas.
- Organize and display student artwork throughout the school to celebrate their progress and achievements.
- Teach students about famous artists, art history, and cultural significance of different art forms.
- Guide students in creating projects for art exhibitions, competitions, and school events.
- Regularly assess and provide constructive feedback on students' artistic development and skills.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and critical thinking through hands-on activities and group projects.
- Maintain the art classroom, ensuring materials and equipment are used safely and responsibly.
- Participate in school functions, meetings, and professional development workshops as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Experience teaching art and craft at the primary or secondary school level is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of various art techniques, materials, and mediums.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and nurture students' creativity and artistic talents.
- Passionate about art and encouraging students to explore their creative potential.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience organizing and leading art-related activities such as exhibitions or competitions.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for art education and enhancing students' learning experience.
