**Job Title**: TGT Art and Craft Teacher

**Location**: Kanha Makhan Public School

**Salary: 12 to 15K in hand**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive art and craft curriculum that aligns with school standards and student learning objectives.
- Teach various techniques in drawing, painting, sculpture, and craft-making, ensuring students understand the fundamentals of each medium.
- Encourage creativity and self-expression through project-based learning and hands-on activities.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Organize and supervise art exhibitions, competitions, and other events to showcase students' work.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students, catering to different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain an organized and safe classroom environment with all necessary materials and resources.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate art into interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in art education and integrate new methods into the curriculum.
- Guide students in developing their artistic portfolios for further education and career opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages students to express themselves freely.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Proven experience teaching art and craft to middle and high school students.
- Strong knowledge of various art forms, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to explore their artistic potential.
- Creativity, patience, and the ability to manage a dynamic classroom environment.
- Experience in organizing art exhibitions and events is a plus.
