A project manager with 3-4 years of relavant experience in managing development and support IT projects based on Agile and waterfall model. Total experience 8 - 12 years.
- Certified Scrum master or PMP.
- Gaming domain knowledge will be plus.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and run interventions to coach and guide team.
- Deep understanding of all software lifecycle development disciplines - Requirements Management, Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance (Testing), Implementation, Deployment, Configuration, Change Management and Risk management
- Good Communication and coordinaton skills to work with client & xflow teams.
- Good knowlege of effort estimations, resournce planing and progress tracking, change control and impact assements.
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members and must be able to handle escalations amicably
- Maintain project metrics and drive weekly and monthly review sessions with SLT within Derivco & Zensar teams
- Good people management skills and experience with doing performance reviews of team members
- Understand the project landscape, goals, functional & technical solution & overall scope
- Ensure Successful Service delivery, SLA compliance and high level of Customer satisfaction
- Review project deliverables and ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards
- Ensure compliance as per requirements of internal and external audits
