We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, stakeholder communication, and team coordination—especially in remote or distributed environments.
This is a remote position based in India, suitable for individuals who are highly organized, self-driven, and experienced in managing technical or client-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project lifecycles
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams (developers, QA, design, operations) to ensure alignment
- Track progress and manage risks, dependencies, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure project documentation, compliance, and reporting are consistently maintained
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with deliverables
- Use tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project to track project milestones and KPIs
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups (for Agile environments)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 4–8 years of experience in project management in IT/software or related domains
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
Preferred Skills:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred
- Experience managing remote and cross-cultural teams
- Exposure to software development or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Gantt charts, and time tracking apps
