As a Back-end Support Specialist at Omnia Steels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing and trading activities. You will work closely with various departments to provide administrative and logístical support, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and track movement of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain documentation, records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in database management, ERP systems, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets and Slides) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of the steel industry or related sectors is an asset. (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
