- Proactive Customer Interaction for project execution.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions through calls/Remote. support and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintenance of data in CRM.
- Documentation with respect to Software Manuals.
- Ensure Customer Experience for support on Mobile / Web Apps.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
