Job Title : Back Office Executive

Department : Sales

Reports To : Sales Tender Executive
- Monitor social media platforms for new buy leads and respond promptly to maximize lead conversion. Actively contact prospects from various industry segments, including Solar, Wind, and Furnace, to generate inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Prepare and issue quotations for reference inquiries, direct inquiries, exhibition inquiries, and inquiries from social media platforms.
- Ensure that all customer and lead information is accurately entered into the CRM system, updating the inquiry sheet and maintaining follow-up statuses for the sales team.
- Distribute inquiries among the sales team based on the analysis of lead quality and industry segments.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to optimize social media campaigns for lead generation. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.

Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in a technical or manufacturing industry (transformers, electrical products, etc.).
- Skills:

- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and quotations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Personality Traits:

- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping the sales team succeed.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Engagement:

- Monitor all social media platforms for new buy leads, respond to them promptly, and ensure follow-ups are made.
- Contact potential clients from industry segments such as Solar, Wind, Furnace, and more, to generate inquiries and provide initial information.
- Track responses and update the inquiry sheet with follow-up statuses.

2. Quotation & Sales Support:

- Prepare quotations for various types of inquiries: reference inquiries, direct inquiries, exhibition inquiries, and social media inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all quotes are accurate and sent promptly to clients.

3. CRM & Data Management:

- Ensure that all client and lead information is logged and updated regularly in the CRM system, keeping track of discussions and follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date sales records and ensure that information is distributed correctly within the team.

4. Social Media & Outreach Performance Analysis:

- Analyse the response rate of these platforms and channels to refine strategies for higher engagement and conversion.

5. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:

- Distribute inquiries to the sales team based on industry segments and lead potential.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the social media manager to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with sales goals.
- Work with the sales team to identify which industry segments require more focus, and allocate resources accordingly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
