Job Description for CTO

Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Raipur

Reports to: CEO

Job Summary:
The CTO will lead the company’s technological direction and oversee all technology-related

operations. The role requires hands-on involvement in managing development teams, ensuring

the technical scalability of the product, and aligning technology solutions with the company’s

business goals. The CTO is responsible for innovation, strategy, and the execution of technology

infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technology Strategy:

- Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business

goals.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and platforms that enhance software performance

and scalability.

2. Leadership & Management:

- Lead and mentor engineering and product development teams.
- Build, scale, and optimize the company’s technical teams and workflows.

3. Product Development:

- Oversee software architecture and product development processes.
- Ensure product timelines, quality, and efficient delivery.

4. System & Data Security:

- Ensure the company’s data and systems are secure and comply with industry regulations.
- Implement data protection strategies and ensure disaster recovery protocols.

5. Innovation & Research:

- Stay current with emerging trends and innovations in the software development industry.
- Lead research into technologies that can improve development efficiency and product

performance.

6. Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with the CEO, COO, and other stakeholders to integrate the technical vision

into the company’s overall mission.
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

7. Budget & Resource Management:

- Manage technology budgets and ensure cost-effective technical operations.
- Oversee the planning and execution of technology resources, tools, and services.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in leading technology teams and managing software development

lifecycles.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, software architecture, and database management.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile methodologies, and modern software development

practices.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP of

Engineering, or equivalent).
- Experience in managing large-scale software projects and leading engineering teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
