- Should have a technical qualification and experience in electricals. B/C license preferable.

b. Should reside close to Tristar / willing to stay in Rengavilas rooms.

c. Should be willing for night shift 3-4 times a month
- Maintenance Responsibilities:
a. Make Documentation/User Guides for all electricals for Tristar Towers, DV, DP, RP and RV.

b. Make Documentation/ User Guides for all plumbing in Tristar Towers, DV, DP, RP and RV.

c. Electricals Hand on work - minor electrical problems, motor problems, genset problems, swimming pump problems, etc

d. Plumbing Hands on work - minor plumbing repairs in Towers, DV, apartments.

e. Vendor coordination and supervision - Interact with vendors for work to be done.

f. Maintenance Log and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
