- **Electrical maintenance**:

- Support maintenance/repair of electrical wiring, switchboards, generator, intercom etc.
- Support building renovation work with installation of new wiring, lights, fans, TV etc. AC service experience is a plus
- **Plumbing maintenance**:

- Support maintenance/repair of bathroom pipes, washbasin, drainage pipes etc.
- Support building renovation work with installation of bathroom pipes, washbasin, drainage pipes etc.
- **Additional responsibilities**:

- Support building renovation work which may involve minor civil work like wall cutting for new electrical/water pipe laying
- Maintenance technician capable of performing **both** electrical and plumbing maintenance will be given preference
- Work hours are 9AM to 8PM, however on emergency the employee must be willing to work night shift - 6PM to 9AM

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Electrical: 2 years (required)
- Plumbing: 1 year (required)
