**Retail Store Support Assistant - Fashion Boutique**

**Location**: Central Bangalore
**Position Type**: Full-Time

We are a Men's Lifestyle and Fashion boutique located in Central Bangalore, catering to discerning clientele. Our focus is on providing customized and tailored fashion in a welcoming and stylish environment. We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Retail Store Support Assistant to join our team and assist in ensuring the boutique operates smoothly while offering exceptional customer service and têxtile-related support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service Support**:

- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Assist customers by offering beverages or directing them to the relevant team member.
- Provide support to the sales and tailoring team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Textile and Product Assistance**:

- Carefully handle and organize fabrics, samples, and têxtiles to ensure the display areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Assist the sales team with packing products and ensuring all deliveries are prepared and dispatched on time.
- Support with stocking and arranging boutique products, ensuring they are displayed attractively for customers.

**Cleanliness & Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness throughout the boutique, ensuring the display areas, fitting rooms, and tailoring sections are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dusting, mopping floors, and wiping down surfaces and mirrors.
- Ensure all sanitization protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.

**General Store Assistance**:

- Run light errands such as picking up supplies or materials needed for boutique operations.
- Support the tailoring department with organizing materials, delivering tailoring orders, or assisting with fitting room management.
- Assist with basic inventory tasks, including tagging, labeling, and stocking incoming products.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to help.
- Ability to follow instructions and efficiently complete tasks.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Attention to detail, especially when handling fabrics and products.
- Good time management skills and punctuality.
- Prior experience in a similar role (in retail, fashion, or boutique environment) is an advantage but not required.
