**Job Title**: Restaurant Captain
**Location**: Navi Mumbai (Nerul / Seawoods / CBD Belapur)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
**Shift Type**: Break Shift
**Duty Hours**: 10 hours per day
**Weekly Off**: 1 weekly off (as per standard rotation)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests courteously and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room staff to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and handle special requests.
- Monitor cleanliness and setup of the dining area before and after shifts.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management for smooth order flow.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Train new staff and support team members in daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a regional cuisine restaurant.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong leadership qualities and a guest-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work long hours and handle peak-time pressure.
- Knowledge of Maharashtrian cuisine is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
