**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology-related treatments as per protocols.
- Monitor and record patients’ vitals before, during, and after procedures.
- Manage side effects and emergencies related to cancer treatments.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure infection control.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, side effect management, and home care.
- Collaborate with oncologists and the medical team for effective patient management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute (Valid Nursing Council Registration required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology nursing, preferably in chemotherapy daycare or hospital oncology units.
- Proficient in IV cannulation, chemotherapy drug preparation, and administration.
- Strong patient communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to handle critical situations calmly.
