**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care and supports the healthcare team in delivering quality clinical services. This role is ideal for recent nursing graduates or those with up to one year of clinical experience, and includes hands-on involvement in patient care, medication administration, and monitoring, under the supervision of senior nursing staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide patient care as per hospital protocols and under the supervision of senior nurses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to doctors and senior staff.
- Assist in procedures and prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgeries.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Support patient hygiene and comfort, including feeding, bathing, and mobility assistance.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and families.
- Coordinate with other departments (lab, pharmacy, housekeeping) for smooth patient care.
- Participate in regular training and development programs.

**Qualifications**:

- ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in a hospital

**Skills Required**:

- Basic nursing and clinical knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a caring and patient-focused approach.
- Knowledge of basic medical equipment and documentation.
