**Job Position**: Area Sales Manager - FMCG
**Location**: Hyderabad, Tirupur ,Erode ,NagarKovil & Salem
**Experinece**: 10 Years
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other trade partners.
- Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and promotional activities in the market.
- Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and analytics.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess team performance and customer feedback.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
