**Job Description - Telecaller**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services or generate sales.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Explain product/service features clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and conversions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and work towards resolving their queries.
- Maintain call records and prepare reports as required.

**Qualifications**
- Experience 0-1 yr of Experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **[English/ Arabic/Hindi]**.
- Strong negotiation and Communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
