- Telecaller We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team The telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls generating leads explaining products or services building customer relationships and achieving set targets The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills patience and the ability to handle rejections positively Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products services or generate sales Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner Explain product service features clearly and persuasively to potential customers Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information Follow up on leads and conversions to ensure customer satisfaction Meet daily weekly monthly call and sales targets Handle customer objections and work towards resolving their queries Maintain call records and prepare reports as required Qualifications Experience 0-1 yr of Experience as a telecaller telesales representative or similar customer service sales role Excellent verbal communication skills in English Arabic Hindi Strong negotiation and Communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Basic computer knowledge MS Office Job Type Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
