**Job Title: Technical Education Specialist**

**Location: Pune, India**

**Overview**
The NICE Actimize Education Services group is responsible for delivering and

developing Actimize platform and solution training, in multiple formats,

e.g. Instructor Led Classroom Training, Instructor Led Virtual Training, and Web Based

Training. The main function of the Technical Education Specialist is to conduct onsite

training at Actimize client and partner locations worldwide as well as open enrollment

and virtual trainings. The technical trainer will work closely with R&D and Technical

Product Managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently lead learning solutions through training life cycle - needs

analysis, mapping, design, development and delivery
- Work closely with R&D to gain expertise on new products and versions
- Install, upgrade and maintain training VMs
- Deliver virtual courses on Actimize platforms and solutions to customers,

partners and employees
- Constitute a point-of-contact for product and professional knowledge needs of

trainers worldwide
- Work in a fast-paced environment while completing training projects according

to project timelines
- Foster teamwork within a global group, to achieve project and group goals

**Requirements**:

- Experience in delivering virtual technical training a must
- Ability to conduct virtual training in different time zones other than their own
- Basic experience with databases and SQL
- Good technical skills. Development background - advantage
- Should be proactive in solving issues and ability to connect and work with

different teams
- Experience in developing technical training materials
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Good understanding of a complex and global business environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and independent
- Very high level of verbal and written English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Takes a “Can-Do” approach and attitude
- Be a quick learner and an excellent team player
- Most importantly should have a zest to learn new things
- Prior experience with the Actimize products - advantage

**Education**
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or related technical degree preferred
