**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual content that align with our brand identity.
- Maintain consistency in design across all platforms, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs.
- Assist in the creation of presentation materials for client meetings and internal use.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A creative portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
