Sapiens is on the lookout for a **HRIS Admin** to become a key player in our Bangalore team. If you're a seasoned SAP SF HRIS Admin and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.
**Location: Bangalore**
Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.
**What you’ll do**:
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Oversee the daily operation of SAP SuccessFactors, including system upgrades and maintenance.
- Experience: Proven 2-4 years of experience in Employee Central & LMS modules.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands-on leading the design, development, and execution of LMS and EC solutions, working with external vendors and consultants.
- Serve as a focal point for system support (T2) for all system modules, including end user troubleshooting with issues related to business processes, RBP and reporting
- Collaborate with everyone, but especially with Training, Recruiting, HR managers and identify needs and functionalities to improve HR systems/tools.

**Must have Skills: -**
- Experience: Previous experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Administrator or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
