**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Branding and Brand Audit**:
Handle various branding activities for all stakeholders (Customers, Franchisee, Auto LPG stations, Offices, Filling Plants, Terminals), Brand Audit on a yearly basis

**Visibility & Promotional Activities**:
All Visibility & Promotional activities of Retail & Auto LPG segments (e.g., Promotional Materials, Uniforms and Marketing Collaterals) and all Inaugural and Promotional activities

**Sales Support**:
Handle all the Selling Tools (Concept to delivery), coordination & facilitation to Sales Team (e.g., testimonials) and act as the linking arm between zonal sales & marketing departments

**Trade Fairs and Exhibitions**:
Ownership of all the trade fair and exhibition activities
- start till the end in terms of participation, coordination, communication, and reporting

**Support to the Digital Marketing Team**:
Digital marketing support, Chatbot support and ownership of the Photo repository of the zone and support in lead generation

**Workshops, Training & Franchisee Award & Recognition Programs**:
Support all the requirements for the Sales & Marketing Workshops / Training programmes in terms of branding

**Measurement & Reports, Analytics**:
Preparing studies of Customer Insights (NPS (Net Promoter Score) or similar exercises), reports and analytics as per the standard procedures related to activities handled
- Designation: Zonal Marketing Executive
- Qualification: Graduate (with an MBA is preferred)
- Location: Ahmedabad, involves travelling within the zone (GJ, MH, Northen states) & also to East market of West Bengal, Jharkhand & Odisha. Travelling would be limited
- Industry Preferred: Manufacturing, Consumer goods (durable and non-durable), Paints
- Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role in the Marketing department
- Languages: English (must have), Hindi (preferred) & Gujrati or Marathi (added advantage)

- A keen eye for detailing, logical and data driven
- Finding out solutions, even if the stakeholders are not proactive
- Good team player
- Effective communication (written and verbal) skills
- Inquisitiveness
- Willing to relocate if required
