**Job Title: Assistant Officer / Personal Banker**
**Department: Operations/Accounts/Customer Service**
**Location: Banaswadi, Bangalore, KA.**
**Reporting To: Manager / Senior Manager**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in on boarding new members and explaining Nidhi company services.
- Open and manage member accounts (savings, recurring deposits, fixed deposits).
- Process cash and cheque transactions, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Promote and sell financial products like savings schemes, recurring deposit plans, and loan services.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the banking system.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and Nidhi company regulatory norms.
- Assist in daily cash closing, documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Resolve member queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with branch officers and support smooth branch operations.
**Key Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic accounting and financial knowledge
- Customer service orientation
- Good computer skills (MS Office, banking software)
- Ability to handle cash and maintain records accurately
- Knowledge of Nidhi company guidelines and operations is preferred
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in NBFC/Nidhi Company/Banks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
