Training & Placement Executive

Placement Rate: - Objective: Achieve a specific placement rate for graduating students within a set period of time. - Measurement: Calculate the percentage of graduating students who secure job placements through the college’s efforts. 2. Employer Engagement: - Objective: Build and maintain relationships with a certain number of companies and organizations. - Measurement: Track the number of new employer relationships established each year and the frequency of communication with existing employers. 3. On-Campus Placement Drives: - Objective: Organize and manage successful on-campus placement drives with multiple companies. - Measurement: Count the number of on-campus placement drives conducted and evaluate their effectiveness based on employer and student feedback. 4. Internship Opportunities: - Objective: Secure internship opportunities for students in various fields. - Measurement: Track the number of students placed in internships and the diversity of industries and companies they are placed in. 5. Database Management: - Objective: Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of students and employers. - Measurement: Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of the databases and their usefulness in placement efforts. 6. Industrial Meetings: Plan the meeting schedule with related industries for campus recruitment, internship opportunities & other engagements. 7. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: - Objective: Collect feedback from employers and students post-placement and use it for continuous improvement. - Measurement: Track and analyse feedback, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the placement process. Experience - 1 to 5 Years’ experience required in a reputed college or related industries.
