## **Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively source Workday professionals across India through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and referrals.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about Workday talent trends and market availability in India.
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the Indian talent landscape.
- **Pipeline Development**:

- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of pre-qualified Workday professionals for functional and technical roles.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing priorities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing progress to stakeholders.

- **Skills**:

- Proven expertise in sourcing Workday professionals, including functional consultants, technical consultants, and integration specialists.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules and the Indian recruitment market.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
