Supervisor & Team Leader
Ensures adherence to Production Quality Assurance related processes and procedures, and oversees related operational and/or supportive activities, with specific operation teams assigned.
- Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective production unit according to the quality strategy and respective local regulations.
- Implements the specific quality programs within his/her organization and monitors the effectiveness of these programs.
- Contributes to product safety activities.
- Ensures real-time production quality reporting for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.
- Contributes to budget planning processes.
- Ensures qualification and competences of production employees with regards to quality.
- Leads a production quality team. Prioritizes and assigns tasks to team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows.
- Manages quality-related activities with internal and external parties involved.
- Acts as an escalation point of contact for production quality issues.
- Supports innovative digital solutions to improve quality by thinking outside of the box.
- Identifies useful IT workflows to support digitalization and drives the implementation.

Experience - 12-15 Years of experience in Leading Quality Team preferrabily in Electrical Industry.

Proficiency in using methodology for 8D, FMEA & other Quality Tools

Adept in performing root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.

Education & Training:
Mandatory: University degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, other relevant discipline.

Lead Auditor ISO 9001. ISO14001 & 45001.

Preferred : Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt
