**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately into the company's database and systems for normal purchase entries, bill transfers, and other relevant transactions.
- Ensure all data entries are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Verify and review invoices, bills, and purchase orders for any discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records of all data entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports related to purchases and billing.
- Coordinate with the finance and procurement departments to clarify data or resolve any inconsistencies.
- Follow data entry procedures and protocols to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
- Perform regular data backups to secure information.
- Respond promptly to any inquiries regarding data entry tasks and support internal teams with relevant information.
- Ensure timely processing of entries to meet company deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, with a focus on purchase and billing data.
- Proficiency in data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and purchase order processes.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
