Job Description:Job Title: Jr Architect - Design & Planning - Real Estate - Mumbai

Coordinate and manage a project’s initial planning and checking FSI consumption. Working closely with sales team and creating marketing collaterals. Maintain overall coordination to get No Objection Certificates from various government authorities for smooth execution of a project.

Job Responsibility

1. Obtain all the necessary approvals / NOCs from respective departments of Municipal Corporation, METRO, regulatory authorities etc.
2. Ensure all requisite No Objection Certificates (NOCs) are in place for necessary approvals within defined timelines.
3. Submit all relevant documents and follow up with the various government / regulatory departments of the stage of approval.
4. Establish, maintain and enhance working relationships across levels within the concerned government agencies / department.
5. Work closely with the Management, Legal and Sales teams to enable closures of
the transaction through a structural, legal, and commercial due diligence process.
6. Collaborate with engineers, architects, 3D rendering companies etc. to determine the specifications of the project and implement accordingly.
7. Work towards any internal premise modifications and execute the same.Key Skills:Key Skills:
Proficient in computer skills, specifically on MS Excel for determining the feasibility and profitability of any project and shortlisting that profitable project for further development/re-development.
Proficient in Written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform work and manage the project’s due diligence activity in a timely and professional manner while effectively communicating with other inter departments and third parties.
Ability to connect with government/regulatory authorities at all professional levels.

Target Industry: Real Estate

Mandatory : Knowledge of government regulations, basic stages of property acquisition and due diligence (legal and technical) for construction projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience and delivering responsibilities of Architectural role in real estate industry.

Experience: 7 to 8 years

Qualification: Graduate in Architecture

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
