**Calls and Reservations**:

- Handle customer calls, messages, customer requests, answer queries.
- Using basic sales techniques to understand customer’s needs and suggest appropriate games/party packages.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information using the right questions and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Knowing when to escalate an issue or concern or pass on a lead to the concerned person.
- Handle all calls with customers so that the customer is 100% satisfied when the call ends
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Koramangala, Bengaluru - 560047, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
