The Maintenance Technician for Digital Machines is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of digital and automated equipment. This role ensures the continuous operation of machinery and systems essential for company operations, including but not limited to digital printers, scanners, CNC machines, and other computer-controlled equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Routine Maintenance**:

- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on digital machinery and equipment.
- Lubricate and clean parts to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Test and calibrate machines to ensure they operate within required specifications.
- **Equipment Installation & Configuration**:

- Install new digital machines, ensuring they are set up and functioning correctly.
- Assist in the configuration and integration of hardware and software systems for machines.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Diagnose and resolve issues with digital machines and equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as sensors, motors, control boards, or software issues.
- **Downtime Minimization**:

- Work to minimize downtime by promptly addressing breakdowns and ensuring machines are operational as quickly as possible.
- Develop and follow protocols for rapid response to urgent maintenance calls.
- **Spare Parts Management**:

- Maintain inventory of spare parts and order new components when necessary.
- Ensure critical spare parts are available to avoid extended downtimes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
