Work Profile

Responsible for overseeing an organization's sales programs and personnel within a designated territory. They assemble and supervise a team of account managers, sales professionals, and supporting staff. They develop and implement basic policies and procedures:

- Managing monthly billing volume.
- Driving sales through B2C clients.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with B2C customers to ensure long-term success.
- Driving business through New & Renewal customers.
- Ensuring 100% upfront paid business.
- Driving promotional activities.
- Functioning and liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
- Identifying the areas and attracting prospective strategic customers.
- Ensuring brand consistency.
- Collecting and analyzing sales data and trends.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Liaising with sales and marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.
- Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.
- Establishing productive, professional relationships with premier customer accounts; coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Directing the conceptualization & implementation of competitive strategies for driving profitable business volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Steering diverse responsibilities, including strategy planning & execution, new initiatives & operations across various stints with the group; delivering exceptional client service throughout complex, mission-critical technology solutions.
- Architecting technical solutions required to address customer requirements, assessing customers’ needs and recommending solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
- Maximizing the sales opportunities, proactively creating new opportunities, developing & managed relationships with industry partners and working with them on business growth opportunities beneficial to all parties.
- Maintaining existing customer and partner relationships across the sector as a Single Point of Contact and ensuring effective resolution of client’s concerns.
- Adapting product models and services to align with local client/consumer requirements; integrating sales team with existing business to increase brand strength and leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
