Designation: Business Associates

Roles and responsibilities:

- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with

leads and current customers.
- Generate and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls with existing

and new clients
- Passionately evangelize our products and services to develop relationships with sales prospects.
- To achieve the sales targets based on the past history of the allotted accounts.
- To ensure that the old outstanding payments of their allotted accounts are under control.

- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner.

**Required Skills**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication; interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and

conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Negotiations & other sales tactics.
- Business goal oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently.
- Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management to perform multi task and remain calm under

pressure.
- Person should have a learning attitude
- Proven track record working as a B2B sales representative. Freshers with the right attitude and good

communication skills are welcome.
- Must be a Graduate (any stream)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
