Communication: Communicate with clients or stakeholders to request missing or incomplete documents. Resolve discrepancies in documents by liaising with relevant departments or authorities. Compliance: Ensure that documents comply with organizational standards and government regulations. Follow strict procedures for handling sensitive information.
