Work closely with the account management and project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.
Client Education:
Educate clients on the latest marketing trends, strategies, and technologies.
Provide insights and recommendations to help clients make informed decisions about their marketing strategies.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, content, and development to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure they align with client expectations.
Feedback Collection:
Regularly gather feedback from clients to assess satisfaction levels.
Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
