**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and Design**:

- Develop visual concepts based on client briefs and project requirements.
- Create designs for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet their needs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization based on project deadlines.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to clients or team members for feedback.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are current and relevant.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review final designs for errors and ensure that all deliverables meet the required specifications before publication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
