**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Produce Visual Assets**: Create high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
- **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to deliver cohesive and impactful designs that meet brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **Branding and Identity Design**: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across various channels and mediums.
- **Prepare Layouts and Mockups**: Conceptualize and develop mockups and layouts for client presentations and approval.
- **Manage Multiple Projects**: Handle multiple design projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- **Stay Current with Design Trends**: Continuously research and implement design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 4+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, digital assets, and print materials.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent eye for color, typography, and layout.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present and explain design ideas effectively.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
