## Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone to
generate leads, set up appointments for the sales team, and follow up on pre
- and post
- sales activities. This role involves managing client interactions, understanding their needs,
and coordinating with the sales and investment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
## Key Responsibilities:
### 1. Lead Generation and Cold Calling:
- Identify potential clients through various sources such as databases, social media, and
referrals.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the firm’s investment products
and services.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
### 2. Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments between clients and the sales or investment team.
- Ensure that appointments are confirmed and that both the client and the sales team are
aware of the meeting details.
- Manage the calendar of the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling.
### 3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer
service during all interactions.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and update client information in the CRM
system.
### 4. Pre-Sales Follow-Up:
- Follow up with leads after initial contact to provide additional information or answer any
questions.
- Send relevant materials (brochures, investment proposals, etc.) to interested clients
before meetings.
- Confirm client attendance for scheduled appointments.
### 5. Post-Sales Follow-Up:
- Contact clients after sales meetings to address any follow-up questions or concerns.
- Ensure that all post-sale documentation is completed and sent to the client.
- Gather feedback from clients about their experience and report any issues to the sales
team.
### 6. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with any administrative tasks related to client management.
- Provide timely updates to the sales team on the status of leads, appointments, and
follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align calling efforts with marketing campaigns.
### 7. Data Management:
- Maintain an updated and accurate database of clients and prospects.
- Input all client interactions, lead details, and appointment outcomes into the CRM system.
- Generate reports on call activities, lead conversion rates, and client feedback.
### 8. Target Achievement:
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and appointment-setting
goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall business objectives and sales targets.
### 9. Compliance:
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines while communicating with
clients.
- Ensure that all client communications are recorded and managed in accordance with
compliance standards.
### 10. Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously improve calling scripts and techniques based on client feedback and
interaction outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the firm’s investment products,
services, and industry trends.
## Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a
plus.
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Telecaller: 2 years (required)
